EHS Service Assessment
Conducted over 20 on-campus interviews to assess the quality of EHS services being provided to the student life division at a major university. The assessment focused on coordination between the central EHS office and embedded safety professionals and included recommendations regarding staffing and organizational structure.
Strategic Environmental Program Review
Conducted an assessment of all environmental programs at a major university and medical center to identify gaps and areas of improvement including recommendations regarding waste disposal strategies and expanded off-site waste management.
On-campus Staff Support
Prior to the COVID lockdown, provided two-days / week on-campus coaching and strategic support to environmental program staff at a major research university. Topics included communication with EHS leadership and a conformance assessment with air and water quality regulatory requirements.
Best Environmental Practices
Conducted an environmental benchmarking project for an international research university. Designed, conducted and analyzed an online survey of 20 top US universities to determine best environmental practices. Four in-depth interviews were then conducted to review best practices in detail.
